With little other options to repair this machine, our brisbane line boring portable Lineboring Equipment was lifted onto the Jaw Crusher to allow the reclamation of the areas as per the manufacturers new specifications.

Bore welding a large Crusher Tongue, the bores are approximately 450mm diameter and due to the awkward shape of the part, it was far more cost effective to reclaim using brisbanelineboring offering the latest automatic mobile borewelding machinery and onsite Lineboring Equipment, rather than freight the component to an existing machine shop.
This Caterpillar Backhoe Loader was in for a service when it was found some pivot bores were worn and the Clevis areas were bent. The areas were weld reclaimed and Linebored, then the machine was assembled with a new pin and shims as required.
This Boom off a Komatsu 80 ton Excavator was reclaimed with pivot areas fully borewelded, finish machined and all faces were machined true onsite with the most up to date mobile borewelding and Lineboring equipment from Brisbane line boring.
Reclaiming a Roller Articulation
This Track Idler was reclaimed quickly and efficiently. The alternative repair would have seen the Idler bores either hand welded or welded on a rotator, then machined on a borer or large Lathe.
Using Brisbane Line Boring saved time and money and allowed the Caterpillar Dozer to go back to work much faster.
This repair is under a newly fabricated 793 Caterpillar Bump Truck Body. The Body had misaligned pivot points that would if not only made right would create stress points on both the truck and the fabricated body. The alignment was checked using a laser light and high tensile wire stringlines to ensure the trueness of the repair before the bores were bore welded and finish machine with a mobile Lineboring machine.
This customer has a fully equipped machine shop, though finds it more economical to use mobile line boring equipment from brisbanelineboring rather than his traditional boring machines.
